I'm Don Zerio — Doctor of Physical Therapy, TPI Level III Medical Certified, and Strength & Conditioning Coach based in New York City.

I work with competitive golfers who are serious about their game but frustrated that their body isn't keeping up. My job is to close that gap — with structured, golf-specific training that builds strength, mobility, and power without breaking you down.

This isn't random YouTube mobility work. It's not a generic fitness program with a golf ball slapped on the cover.
